Wayne Withers, NorCal Lumber

DEALERS

NorCal Lumber announced several executive changes: Wayne Withers (right) assumes the role of Chairman, while Adam Withers succeeds him as CEO, Eric Clouse becomes President, and Jesus Castro joins as a Sales associate.


Effingham Builders Supply announced Caleb Mette is the company's new President and Co-Owner. In addition, Kyle Kloss was hired as Retail Sales General Manager.


Kodiak Building Partners announced the promotion of Wade Gardner to President of Builders Alliance and Frontier Building Supply, both based in Washington State. Gardner replaces Kelly Fox, who was promoted to Senior Vice President of General Lumber at Kodiak in January 2022. Meanwhile, Cally Fromme has retired from her position as Kodiak's VP of Communication and Culture.


Rocky’s Ace Hardware named Luis Pedro its new COO, promoted Steve Poulin to VP of Store Operations, and promoted John Falcone to Director of Merchandising.


Joyner Lumber named Shawn Harlacher as its new VP for Sales & Operations.


US LBM appointed John Merritt as its new Regional Vice President Mid Atlantic and hired Mychal Greseth to be a Buyer.


Diamond M Lumber selected Tim Worcester to be its newest VP.


Gulfeagle Supply promoted Kelly Joyce to Director of Purchasing and Deshawn Carter to Tampa branch manager.


SRS Distribution picked Ryan Rieger to be a Manager for Sales Planning and Analytics,

hired Jill Piontkowski to be a Senior Internal Auditor, and promoted Chelsea Rundberg to Assistant Branch Manager.


Foundation Building Materials chose Eron Ferrell to be a District Sales Manager.


L&W Supply, a division of ABC Supply, promoted Joey Yardley to Manager of the Golden, CO, branch. He succeeds replacing Fernando Sanchez, who was named Manager of the Colorado Springs, CO, branch. In addition, L&W hired Alan Bookspan for a Branch Support, Sales, and Purchasing position and named Tyron Sturges as a Branch Quote Coordinator.


McCoy’s Building Supply appointed Deborah McMillian as Manager of its Brownwood, TX,

location.


Guy C. Lee Building Materials named Nick Philemon as a Regional Sales Manager.


Southeast Building Supply Interests, a unit of Building Industry Partners, named Clay Wilson as Director of Purchasing and chose Robert Gorden to be a VP in its Asheville, NC, market.

Lansing Building Products promoted Rich Westfall to Branch Operations Manager.

84 Lumber named Jeff Fry to its sales team in Myrtle Beach, SC.


Parr Lumber hired Mike Carey as a Commodity Lumber Purchaser.


At Builders FirstSource, Steve Fowler retired from his position as Director of Credit.

Do it Best named Ryan Hiene as its new Director of Brand Integration. He'll be leading the development, management and growth of branding initiatives and marketing strategies on behalf of Do it Best member-owners. This follows the appointment of Jean Fahy (left) to Division Manager of LBM Business Development. Fahy will be executing on key LBM member recruitment initiatives while expanding the company’s engagement with existing LBM members, Do it Best said. In addition, the co-op promoted Dan Colvin to Forest Products Specialist, Robby Ehlerding to Category Management Business Analyst, Michelle Hutker to Building Materials Trader, Jim Knepper to Forest Products Technical Specialist, Jake McGee to Associate Building Materials Trader, Blaine Oswald to Warehouse General Manager, Floyd Stilson to Millwork Specialist, Zach Vanlandingham to Forest Products Specialist (Western Species), and Rob Williams to Product Sales Manager (SPF and Reload Operations). Do it Best also hired Morgan Bair as a Pricing Analyst, Alex Bishop as a Software Engineer Intern, Meg Crosby as a Print Production Coordinator, Carl Garrett as an IT Systems Administrator, Meghanne McAlhany as a Consumer Marketing Specialist, and Matt Saines as a Treasurer.


Building Material Distributors promoted Michelle Rowley Reed to Chief of Staff.


Wausau Supply named Shalom Wicks as Territory Manager.

Hood Distribution brought in Jack Gotwalt as an OSR.


Orgill hired Dave Abram to be a District Manager.


LBM Advantage named Barry Brooks as Member Sales Manager for the Southwest region.


MANUFACTURERS

PrimeSource Brands announced Tom Koos will continue as CEO of PrimeSource Brands while turning the PrimeSource Building Products CEO position over to Drew Meng. In addition, Rob Roche will serve as CFO of PrimeSource Brands.


Antcliff Windows & Doors appointed Richard Zizka as COO.


Stanley Black & Decker announced that Robert Raff will be acting EVP and President, Tools.


Uponor Corp. has named Andres Caballero as President of its Building Solutions–North America division and a member of the Executive Committee.


Cornerstone Building Brands announced that Melissa Jones joined the company as President, U.S. Siding.

JELD-WEN hired Julie C. Albrecht as EVP and CFO, effective July 18.


International Wood Products named Mark Kleps as VP of Specialty Wood Products.


Kreg Tool Co. promoted Karee Vernon to VP of Human Resources.


Fairway Architectural Railing Systems brought in Lou Filippone to be its VP of Sales.

ASSOCIATIONS AND SUPPORT SERVICES

Katherine E. Slye-Hernandez joined the Northeastern Retail Lumber Association as its Director of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs.


The Western Wood Preservers Institute chose Jeff Keller to be its new Executive Director.


The Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM) named Kelly Mariotti, Executive Director of the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association, as AHAM's new President and CEO. On July 18, she will succeed Joseph McGuire, AHAM’s leader for the past 23 years, who announced his retirement last November.
