* SRS Distribution bought Roofing Products & Building Supply, a roofing specialist with three stores in Louisiana. Announcement

* Mid-Cape Home Centers purchased Wood Lumber, Falmouth, Mass., on Feb. 15. Story

* GMS bought Commercial Builders Group, a two-unit specialty dealer based in Louisiana. Anouncement

* Spahn & Rose Lumber acquired Dunn Lumber, Lake Geneva, Wis., and will keep it operating under that name. Announcement

* Easton's Ace Hardware, Lawton, Okla., was purchased by Comanche Home Center. Story

* BMC expanded in the Charlotte, N.C., market with the acquisition of Locust Lumber. That dealer has facilities in Locust, Monroe, and Vass, N.C. Story

* An unnamed lumberyard and hardware store in Vermont has put itself up for sale. The company claims annual revenue of $4.5 million, cash flow of $214,000 and EBITDA of $124,000. Its asking price of $875,000 includes $500,000 worth of inventory. Details

* A lumberyard that claims to be among the oldest in Massachusetts is advertising itself for sale. It says it had gross revenue of more than $5.37 million last year, with cash flow topping $610,000 and EBITDA amounting to over $450,000. Its asking price is $2.25 million, including at least $1 million worth of inventory. The real estate isn't included. Details

* An unnamed lumberyard in Tacoma, Wash., with $2.8 million in annual revenue has put itself up for sale for $600,000, excluding inventory. Details

* A lumberyard and hardware store in Brush, Colo., has put itself up for sale. The facility generates $4 million in revenue. The $1,995,000 asking price includes $600,000 worth of inventory and $1 million worth of real estate. Details
