• Chris Routhe has become VP of operations at Millard Lumber, Omaha, NE. Millard also hired Shawn Jesson as a truss designer.

• Cory Garrison was promoted to SVP for the West Region at SRS Distribution.

• Robinson Builders in Buford, GA, picked Marty Durham to be its director of purchasing and operations.

• Higginbotham Brothers named new general managers for three of its locations, all in. Texas: Keith Johnson in Stephenville, Aaron Cox in Midlothian, and Tony Quinn in Eastland.

• Builders FirstSource appointed William Bradley Hayes to its board of directors and made him chair of the Audit Committee. Hayes formerly was CFO of Laboratory Corporation of America.

• In addition, Builders First Source chose Eric Wiesner to be sales manager in the Kansas City market, named Huntsville, AL-based Aaron Troupe as an ELP manager, and hired Jay Moore as an office manager in the Nashville, TN, market.

• Pete Vitola became corporate general manager at Smith Phillips Building Supply, Winston-Salem, NC.

• American Construction Source chose Tom Buckner to be VP-AMP and hired Sarah Spence as a training manager.

• Zac Hawkins is the new home solutions specialist at Bone Dry Roofing in Indianapolis.

• Craig Thompson became a yard foreman at Foxworth-Galbraith's Waco, TX, yard.

• RoyOMartin announced that Roy O. Martin III has been elected chairman, CEO and CFO. Roy is the grandson of Roy O. Martin Sr., who founded the Martin family’s first forest-products company in 1923. In addition, E. Scott Poole was elected president and COO becoming the first non-family company president; and Terry Secrest Jr. became EVP of manufacturing and product sales. Darryl Ryan Monroe will remain secretary-treasurer.
